Myla Joan Ringer, 78, of Apache Junction, AZ passed away January 18, 2020. She was born February 22, 1941 in Minneapolis, MN to Leroy C. and Clara M [Ehlert] Hartung and grew up in Fairmont, MN. During her early years, Myla enjoyed helping on the family farm, then working at Fairmont Water and Light. She moved to Arizona with her late husband, Walter Bremer and attended Mesa Community College and Lexington (off-site) and graduated with a Business Major. In Arizona, she managed a flower shop and was wonderful at flower arrangements. She had four children, Timothy, Debbie, Denise and Jeffrey. Myla gained another daughter, Jennifer, through her second marriage to her current husband, Roger Ringer. She always mentioned how proud she was of her children. After her move to Colorado, Myla became the manager at Day At a Time Club in the Denver area where had had several awards for her management skills. She met Roger in Colorado and the two eloped and were married at the Chapel of the Bells in Las Vegas, NV on June 9, 1990. Eventually they moved to Independence, MO, where she went to work for and retired from Time Warner Cable. After Myla and Roger's retirement, they moved back to Arizona, where they lived happily for 12 years; she loved her Pueblo Manor friends. Myla's father, Leroy C. Hartung preceded her in death in 2000; her mother, Clara M. [Ehlert] Hartung passed in 2006 and her brother, Dennis passed in 1989. Myla was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church and Church of Grace, FOS in Mesa. She was also a member of the 4-H club where she received several awards, the American Legion Auxiliary and received Certificates of Appreciation, as well as a Patron Member of the Civil Air Patrol (USAF/Aux). Myla is survived by her husband, Roger; children, Timothy Bremer, Deborah Watkins, Denise Robb, Jeffrey Bremer; daughters-in-laws, Anne Bremer, Jennifer Borruso and Dina Castillo; son-in-law Daniel Watkins; they have nine grandchildren.
