Does anyone know what the formulas are that WMIRS uses to calculate mission expenses on the Mission Expense Report?

So far, I've figured out the following for planned (i.e. uncompleted) sorties:
  172 GPH - 8
  182 (both steam & glass) GPH - 14
  Avgas $/Gal - Running 30 day average
  Ground Sorties - ?

After a fuel cost is entered into air sorties, the expense report changes the estimated cost to whatever cost was entered, plus MX if applicable.  If the sortie is closed out and the "No Fuel" checkbox is marked, the sortie cost is calculated as zero (or only MX if applicable).  If the sortie is closed out, no fuel cost is entered, and the "No Fuel" checkbox is NOT checked, then it still uses the calculated estimated cost.

For ground sorties, I thought it calculated no cost, but I think that changed sometime in the past week.

Can anyone shed any light?

Many Thanks!
