What are some fun, introductory ES activities for cadets at a squadron meeting?

This will probably take more then one meeting, but have them complete the requirements to get their GES or General ES rating since you need that to do just about anything in ES or Disaster Relief.
While not ES specific, get ICUT done. Then let the cadets practice with ISRs (yes, you need ICUT to use ISRs unsupervised) by creating and running their own nets, give them a team work problem but put groups is separate rooms/areas and they can't just walk to another room/area, but have to communicate.
