Title: CAP Professional Development Course?

Given all the talk here lately about PD and leadership, I was curious about whether or not anyone has taken the CAP Professional Development Course, or any of its modules, available here: http://www.cap.gov/visitors/members/professional_development/pd_course/

These are the topics covered:
Applying Core Values
CAP Uniform
Conflict Resolution
Followership
Chain of Command
Financial Accountability
Diversity in CAP
Implementing Change
Fostering Relationships
Complaint Processing
Discrimination
Ethics
Inspector General
Flight Safety
Workplace Violence
Core Values
Customs & Courtesies
Counseling Discipline & Abuse

Basically, each module is a short reading lesson, with some questions or scenarios, but no tests or quizes.  They do provide slides and an instructor guide so that it could be used as an interactive presentation during a meeting.

For those of you who have gone through it either in the classroom or online, what did you think?
