High-Rez Badge Art Needed

Does anyone have good high-rez art for the following badges:

1) basic CAP pilot wings
2) basic GTM
3) cadet programs badge
4) aerospace education badge
5) basic Incident Commander badge

I've tried scanning out of 39-1 and it looks crappy. And trying to grab the image from the PDF online looks sort of fuzzy and washed out.
