post wouldn't save.

I posted twice in my CCOC thread, and it wouldn't post after I navigated away from it.  Any ideas

could you be a little more vague?

There aren't any errors in the forum log, I'm guessing that you mean it wouldn't submit the post until you reloaded the page.  The new reply form locks it so you can only submit it once.  I can only assume that your connection hiccuped somewhere and the first post never made it after your browser locked the form and tried sending it.

I posted to the thread, I viewed it, but when I navigated away from it, it never displayed, or showed that I posted.  I went back in my browser history to see if it was still there, and it was.  I quoted it again, and the same thing happened, it would display, but only until I navigated away from it.
