Misfires, etc - Again.

The last few hours, every time I click a link, on CT, I get a page-load error.  Once I click refresh the page loads.  Not sure what the deal is.

I thought ISPs were supposed to Provide Service  >:D  Otherwise, they'd be DoSPs...
