When a locked sticky(like the D&C resources) is updated could a small note explaining what was changed be placed at the bottom by which ever mod did it? It would help us to know what changed.

Updated the FM 3-21.5 link to a functioning one.
Added USCG COMDTINST M5060.11B as an alternate source of MCO P5060.20.
Added link to AFROTC Det. 88 Youtube Channel.
