Memorandum Format

Does anyone have a template of the CAP memorandum format?  I cant find one online and I'm bad with making my own.

Ok, Nope  I have squadron letter head but no fill in the blank type forms

Its in my squadrons letterhead, but you should be able to crack it open and change it

If you go to View then Header and Footer in Word you can change the text and pictures.
