Is there a special form you have touse when Squadron Commanders are changing? Or do you use the standard Form 2a duty assignment?

Form 27 signed by the wing commander.

You also need a form 27 signed by WG/CC to change Commander, mailing addresses, contact numbers etc. and a form 53 for signature verification.
