The website for the 2007 Michigan Wing/Great Lakes Region Encampment is up and ready for public consumption.

The 2007 Great Lakes Region Summer Encampment - Michigan Wing is now accepting applications for this years encampment being held 7 July-14 July 2007.

The deadline for mail-in applications is 20 Jun 07.

•   Make sure your packet is completely filled out, to include signatures of parents and unit commanders.  Make sure to include the permission slip for repelling and wall climbing too.

•   The  application fee is $155.

As a reminder again, encampment runs 7-14 July, Saturday to Saturday, at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center in Alpena, Michigan.  Sign-in for basic encampment, CLS and Rocketry students is from 0800-1200 on 7 July, Saturday.  Senior and cadet staff need to report by 1400 on 6 July, Friday.

With this being my last summer as a cadet I'm doing as much as I can.  I guess I'm just taking it to the extreme, and GLR North is my third of three encs this summer but I can't wait! And then it's off to NBB
