So how about that Mississippi River mess near the New Orleans Port.  Can we all assume Fuel prices will reach $5.00 by next week?  Are any CAP planes flying observer down there yet?  I would imagine that they want to get some good pics of the damage caused by the oil spill.

Shame on the stupid Boat Captain that let his boat capsize.  How does that happen?
