Question about Flight Commanders and Flight Sergeants

I waned to thank all of you.
The exchange of ideas here is really awesome!

I am going to take everything that was said into consideration.

Just so you all know, on on average week about 35 of our cadets actually show up.
Still quite a few!

This will have to go on the shelf for a few days. We are having a GTE this weekend, so right now, that has got to be my priority.
