Dear Fellow California Wing Members,

It is with heavy heart that I must inform you of the passing of Lt Col Gamila M Mherian-Wiest earlier today.  Lt Col Mherian-Wiest was a member of Civil Air Patrol since 1982 and was loved by many. She was a friend, an outstanding contributor, and a great member of CAP.  She dedicated her life to the service of others and is an inspiration to us all.  Our hearts go out to her family, most specifically Lt Col Charles Wiest, her husband. We offer them our condolences and support in a way that only the close-knit CAWG family can.
