Unable to contact RDF Antennas

Earlier this year we were able to contact RDF Antennas about buying a sniffer and antenna for UDF. Because of how we are purchasing it (cost split between two squadrons) we need an invoice first. They said they would send an invoice but it has never been received. I have made several calls about this but only get voice mail. Does anyone know if the principal is sick, they are out of business or any other reason we have been unable to contact them?
