Title: Test Question
Post by: claywight on May 15, 2013, 07:11:09 PM
Greetings,

I am testing officer for my unit. Have question maybe you can answer for me. I tested 3 cadets and they passed there test. I was having a blond moment. Somehow I shredded the top portion of the test along with the answer section. Do the cadets need to retest or can they just fill out the top section? I have the test info on my testing log.

There is no reason to keep the top of the test sheet once it is entered into e-service.......if you want to/need to keep the top.....just re do it.  No need to make the cadet retest because of an admin mistake.

I've messed up a few top portions before.

I just fill out a new one, have them fill out their part, etc. Signing it as the TCO is the certification anyway.

I still file the milestone tests in their folders, just so there's an audit trail and backup. Together with the same purpose the email notifications from the testing system get archived.
