Official sUAS Regulations are Live

Hope everyone has been well.

Starting on 1/9/23, CAP NHQ has been posting official sUAS Program Documentation to https://www.gocivilairpatrol.com/members/publications. The main reference regulation is now CAPR 70-4.

There are 8 total items so far, spread across Regulations, Pamphlets, Standards, Forms. So that's:

We have been told to expect the sUAS Questionnaire(70-5Q-U) anytime. Also the 99U has not been announced and may be retired.

It only took them how long? ... to make official the docs we have already been using?  (I think its 4, maybe 5 years.)  LOL
