I am here, C/1st Lt Jonathan Knapp, of the South Charlotte Cadet Squadron.  I have attended 4 encampments, three of them in SCWG and one of them in NCWG.  I have attended Hawk Mountain Ranger School Advanced Course 2011, along with many weekend activities.  I am currently the Cadet Deputy Commander of my home unit.  This winter I hope to attend Civic Leadership Academy

Welcome to the wonderful world of CAPTalk!
CAP is what you make of it. If you don't put anything in to it, you won't get anything out of it.

Hello everyone! Finally getting back into the CAP world as a SM after being involved as a cadet. I'm looking forward to working with you all and soliciting assistance as I build the squadron I command back up. It's been badly neglected and I'm the only SM at the moment... I used to post on cadetstuff from time to time though I noticed that site has undergone a massive makeover.

This is actually "I'm back."  I haven't been on here in about two years.  Good to see that there're still some familiar names here.

I'm here!

I've been a SM for a while now, but mostly drawing off my years as a cadet. I'm the ES Training Officer at my unit and hoping to get some new ideas and info here. I love forums in general since there is so much knowledge to draw from and great people with new ideas.

Hello.

docsteve

Hi All,

I'm a former cadet and senior, both Capt, from NYW in the 1970s-80s.  I was a wing check pilot, and 38 years after getting my CFI I'm still a CFI, but these days flying is just a hobby and not a profession.  After spending years in CAP I enjoy reading about the organization and seeing how similar things still are.
