Operation Wrangler - TX Wing

I'm a litlte surprised that no one has brought up the article in the May-June Volunteer about Operation Volunteer down in Texas.  It wasn't terribly specific on exactly what CAP was doing, but from what they did say it seems focused primarily on law enforcement in support of a state agency effort.

This is different (apparently) from the other CAP efforts on the more western part of the southern border which were supposedly more focused on finding illegal immigrants in distress.
