I can see why (The National Commander Who Shall Not Be Named) decided to push the U.S. Civil Air Patrol.  The idea of dropping the word "Wing" between "Mississippi" and "Civil Air Patrol" gives the impression that these are state organizations, unless you are smart and know better.
