Radiological patch placement

Need help here.  39-1 indicates that the radiological patch is worn on the right sleeve of the BDU'S.  I know the reverse American flag is required to be worn, so is there a new placement for the radiological patch?  I cant find it in the ICL,

Left chest pocket. Most of the patches worn on the right sleeve were moved to the left chest pocket.
