What size buttons?

I need to order new buttons for my mess dress. 

Does anyone know which size I need to purchase?  (I.E. which linge I want?)

I don't know which ligne number the buttons are, but AAFES offers the "Mess Dress Conversion Kit" which includes 6 buttons and the 2-button chain-linked piece.  Item Number: M219D4, $19.50.

Where are you located?  Any Army/ AF installations nearby?  If you order from an MCSS in person, you can usually get it quicker than if you ordered over the phone.  And shipping is still free.

Also IF you take Pylon's idea and run, AAFES will pay for the conversion!  Inquire about that!  I think it is still included in the cost. 

NOTE:  IF you buy new pants or jackets or conversion kits from AAFES, they will write up a slip so you can get alterations done for almost free!
