Here's a cool way to burn some of your spare time.
My friend made one of these and with the storms that have come through in the last few days
it's been quite "active".

There's a number of sites that have step-by-step instructions
of the same basic idea, including one site where you can buy them premade.

Green=VFR
Blue=MVFR
Red=IFR
Magenta=LIFR
White Flash = Lightning in the area

This is another kit that should be on the STEM list from NHQ and hung in
every unit that has a permanent facility.
