Leadership Award Question

As I read the requirements for the leadership award, which is not tied to LEVEL II requirements as I had thought, all one has to do is earn a technician rating in a specialty track for the award, correct?   National credited me as a cadet programs specialty technician, I assume because of my Earhart award.  So with that specialty track listed in EServices does that qualify me for the Leadership award?

If you completed the Technician Rating requirements in any Specialty Track, and are, therefore, a Technical-Rated Specialist, then, yes, you receive the Leadership Award. It does not appear on eServices.
