Major Richard Sprouse was part of St Cloud Composite Squadron, MN Wing, from 2006 until his retirement from CAP in 2014. He served as a Squadron and Group PAO. Many of his works can be found in the MN Wing publication "Northern Flights" and in many news outlets in Minnesota.
