A couple months ago I attended the Tutima Academy of Aviation Safety in King City, CA for their 3 day Pilot Confidence Training.  I was able to fly with Ben Freelove who probably has one of the coolest jobs in the world.  A professional airshow aerobatic piot/instructor.  I am just amazed at how sharp and precise his control inputs are.  He flies for Sean Tucker's aerobatic team.
