Interesting read of a problem affecting older aircraft.  I'd guess seaplanes, coastee's, and aircraft tied down in open hangars or on the line would be most at risk.  Since CAP still has some nearly 40 year old+ aircraft in the active fleet there's potential.  Lotsa members own old planes too...  many much older than the oldest CAP craft.
