I'm with Starbux based on the information presented. Anything else would be pure speculation unless you have additional information.

She was probably "dehydrated".

The more important questions here are how she got through security (likely pilot credentials) and why no one from the flight crew yanked that
phone out her hands the minute she went off the rails.  It sounds like the doors were closed and they were intending to take off with her in that condition.

Even "stress" is speculation.  I'm sure we won't see a lot of follow up on this one, though maybe??? the NTSB will join the conversation with a review or some such.  Meanwhile

I -- even temporary mental illness qualifies.
M -- Dunno.  Shear speculation that she self medicated.
S -- Stress is likely.  Divorce tends to do that.
A -- Probably not alcohol since screeners seem up on that one.  Crews are too... though this crew seemed either clueless OR protective of the Captain.  Might be something else in the medicine cabinet that would affect judgement.
F -- See "S".  Lack of sleep and Divorce also go together.
E -- See S and F.  Emotion and Divorce or Divorce and Emotion.  They're inseparable.

I am very sad for her.  She's in a wringer.
