I don't know where or if this can yet be found on the NHQ web site, but on the CAP History Facebook page there is a post with Volume 1 Issue 1 of the CAP National Historical Journal.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/CAPHistory/

I've often thought that this would be an excellent idea and I'm glad someone has taken the time to start it.
