I've been Googling this one for a bit and have come up totally empty.  Is there any issue with wearing old unit patches on civilian/non-CAP clothing?  Patches for units one is no longer a part of, and in some cases not even the current patch design.  Along the lines of historical or morale style patches.  Obviously not current for a CAP uniform, but can they be used at all on clothing anymore?

I used to have a whole jacket full of them, both CAP and Navy.
