WMIRS Aircraft Utilization Report Question

The summaries in the annual reports show "member" all over the place.

Anyone have any idea what this refers to?  The numbers are generally 0 or very small. 
There's a "member" entry for every mission symbol.

That's member-owned aircraft utilization.

CAWG has 4.3 hrs A15, and 8.2 hrs B12 for FY 2012.

Danke - that's what I was figuring it was - we've had zero the last couple, a few in 2007/8
