When you submit a CAPF 95 online, does it go directly to the CAP scholarship Committee? My Squadron Commander said nothing came up that he needs to approve when I submitted mine.  ???

I was just wondering if it does have to pass through group, wing and region or not.

They should appear in the unit commander's approval queue. They approve then it shows up in the wing approval queue.
