PRB (Promotion Review Board) for C/SSgt

Ok, so I know this has been asked before, but please don't blast me for asking this again...   What kind of questions do they ask during a PRB? Are there specific questions that I should prepare for? And how do I request a PRB? My flight sergeant said that she'd get one for me, but the trimester is ending next week and she's gonna be the first sergeant and the 'Sarge gets forgetful when she's busy.... Anyways, so basically what I'm asking is what do I need to prepare for?
