You portrayed Student Governments as advisors. It goes against the NAME of it. Let alone what state and national SGA is telling us.

I was one of three former cadets that wrote the original CAP Regulation establishing the CAC. Over the years it's been changed and changed again. But to answer your question, to wrote an essay, read CAPP 52-19. It has all the information you'll need for the essay.
