Does anyone know where an archived copy of the original USAF Memorandum awarding the AFOEA to CAP can be found?
I'm not talking about the CAP Memorandum they added to CAPM 39-1 to explain how to wear it, but the actual award memorandum present by the SECAF?

Additionally, aircrews flew 29,395 hours helping law enforcement agencies seize 2.9 billion dollars in illegal drugs and currency leading to 1,530 arrests.
In the classroom, the Civil Air Patrol-sponsored Aerospace Connections in Education program has reached twenty-thousand elementary school children, elevating academics and fitness with an engaging science, technology, engineering, and mathematics-themed curriculum. An annual powerhouse at the Air Force Association's Cyber Patriot National Youth Competition, Civil Air Patrol bested over three thousand other teams by finishing second in 2015 and third in 2016. Finally, through their Cadet Encampment Assistance Program, Civil Air Patrol has sponsored over 3,700 hundred cadets nationwide, increasing Air Force reach while embracing diversity and growing camp attendance by twenty percent. Civil Air Patrol members provided an incredible 165 million dollars annually in volunteer service hours.
I would love a copy of this myself if anyone has it or knows where to get it
I "assume" Many Squadrons display their Unit Citations and other unit awards (i.e. plaques, certificates, trophies, etc.) somewhere within their meeting spaces. It would be nice to have an actual copy of the Secretary's Memorandum, suitable for framing, to add to a unit's awards display.

Now imagine a double-wide frame with certificate and citation side-by-side with the AFOEA Ribbon inset and centered below them with the streamer inset and centered below that. Hang that in your Squadron's meeting center's award case.

Just to be "that other guy"... The citation was written by the Air Force, CAP Regulations do not apply to them.
What are you going to do, reject it because it didn't follow "our" format?
