Fit of Service Dress Coat

For those of you with the service dress coat, does it fit true to civilian sizing?

Can't say.  Different brands are cut in different ways.  Brooks Brothers, for example, is known for their full-cut as their classic fit.  And sadly, the Air Force doesn't do Brooks Brothers uniforms like the Navy does.      

It's not a tight cut, and not an especially loose cut either.  The lightweight blue jacket has a loose cut.

They can vary from contract to contract, too. It's a crap shoot.
