i was just wondering if for the pt uniform could be changed from the grey shirt blue short that national says we have to wear to the debloused bdu uniform or is that aginst cap regulations

No, there isn't a National reg on PT uniforms that I know of.

As a matter of fact, most of my experience with cadets trying to wear debloused BDUs for PT ends up with them being sidelined by Senior Members or cadet leadership because 1) BDU boots are not great for running, 2) BDU pants are not good for any event, and 3) overheating/injury is a significantly greater concern when compared to shorts, T-shirt, and tennis/running shoes.
