Anyone have a list all all possible duty positions with brief descriptions of each one?
I am looking for something I can email or post to the squadron website that gives enough info for someone unfamiliar with CAP to decide they want to know moresbout a specific job. At times I find it hard to get someone interested enough to look at all the possible phamphlets for jobs they might want to do.
I have experienced good members doing well in their selected duty only after spoon feeding them with help in making a selection. To not reinvent the wheel I am hoping someone has something I can spoon feed to those types of future members.

Try a copy and paste out of CAPR 20-1. That's the master org chart, and has descriptions for all the staff positions.

Is there an easy to use free program, that I can make org charts with?

Do you have Microsoft Office? Word has that functionality.
If not Open Office is free and getting better and better

It needs tweaking, but I was in a hurry to get something together for our bulletin board.
