Ops Quals change

This was posted on the eServices RSS today:

"The SQTR page of Operations Qualifications now requires all perquisites(sic) tasks to be completed before submitting any new tasks."

The assumption is that until perquisites are completed (and approved?) that you cannot enter Fam / Prep or Advanced tasks.  Seems pretty straight forward and complies with regulations, but there will be questions.  So if anyone was involved with the change happens to know...

1) Will cross-referenced tasks still post from other qualifications?

2) Will the dates of completion have to be forward of the prerequisites?  (If so, what about #1?)

3) Will this affect existing tasks already entered?
