Spring/Summer Encampments?

Myself and another cadet, based in California, are looking to attend a spring or summer encampment. We've decided that travel is a must because the California Encampment wont work for either of us.

The closer to California, the better. I would personally prefer an Air Force Base but there's no room to be picky.

Most of the encampment dates in a lot of wings aren't picked yet so you might have to wait.  Also, cadetstuff is a better place for finding out info on cadet oriented activities.
