If I want to test in 116 & 117 where is the online training or reference material to study?  I can't find anything about it.

E-services, click "CAP On-line Courses & Exams", about halfway down that page, under Operations, click either CAPT 116 pt 1 (General ES) or CAPT 117 pt 1,2 & 3 (Continuing Education).  That'll get you to the tests, and when you go into the tests, there are links to the study material.

I guess that's why I couldn't find it.  I found the tests, but thought the study material would be on the left of the page not in the link to the tests.  ???
