New Service Uniform Flight Cap

According to the NHQ website, the May NEC approved the wear of metal grade insignia on the right side of the flight cap for the new corporate service uniform.  What they did not say is what happens to the left side of the flight cap.  Are we supposed to leave the SM cap badge on it or not?

The NEC voted to wear the cap without the flight cap device; however, there has been some discussion of returning the flight cap device to the left side and it is currently under consideration by the NEC.  Sorry for the strange answer but this is ever changing.  Today the answer is no flight cap device but I suspect it will change before the week is out.
