Regarding the AEPSM, on https://tests.cap.af.mil/ops/tests/default.cfm?grp=ae, there is mention of Yeager Award #1 (100 questions) and Yeager Award #2 (100 questions)... does anyone know the difference between the two?

I believe they are used as alternates - if you fail test #1, you take test #2.

Different arrangement of questions.  Maybe a few different questions.

If you are trying to get to this answer No you don't have to take both "parts".  They both amount to the same thing independently.

No attachment for passing both? ???  I guess I'll have to take that bronze satr off then. . . .

I did take both just for the hay of it, but didn't add to whats not there.

There are two versions of the paper test (ref CAP Index 0-9), presumably for added test security when testing several people at once.  I guess they decided to mimic that when they went online.

Correct.  From the CAP Knowledgebase:

Both the Yeager and the 215 Aerospace Education Specialty Track Tests can be accessed at:

Aerospace Education - Online Quiz System

Note: You only need to pass one of the Yeager tests to receive credit for the award. The second test is only a backup test to be used if the first test is failed by the test taker.
