Anybody got any good TLP's? We're always looking for new ones but can't seem to find any.

Ah, sorry I was not familiar with the term.  I don't know of any that we use in our squadron but I used to do the one rope bridges as a team leadership project.  You might look for some of the stuff they use at the COS as they seem to do a whole lot of different leadership exercises as well.
