Anyone here put on a BME before?

BME: Basic Marksmanship Encampment

Our squadron is looking at sponsoring one of these events, and I'd like to make sure that we get all the paperwork, routing, and rules followed to prevent me from discovering a surprise that stops this plan in its tracks in the final stretch.

If anyone has any documentation, forms they've filled out in the past for this, curriculums, safety briefings, etc. they would be willing to share, please PM me.
