So, perhaps I've missed something in the grand scheme of things...  Perusing Vanguard's "website" today looking for the handy-dandy green books... found them...  But $6.25 a hit?

Have these always cost this much or is it since the great migration?

But on the plus side... there was an image available.

Other things I expect to come out of Vanguard...when I forward one of their customer 'service' e-mails to 14 people within 5 minutes, the name of my true love will appear on the screen, I will be granted a wish, and Bill Gates/AOL will cut me a check for every person who receives it.   

Only if it doesn't end up int their "Spam" folder   

I wonder if our orders go into their spam filter?
