I'm not a fan of reinventing the wheel, so...

Does anyone have a fillable copy of the composite squadron organizational chart depicted in Figure 16 of CAPR 20-1?  Any format will do, although I'd prefer Microsoft Word and then Microsoft Visio in that order.
