I'm a cadet trying to apply for Tri-Wing ENC this July and I don't know how much time I have to send in my CAPF-31 as a general participant.

I'm curious to what Wings are actually served by the Tri-Wing Encampment.

It's not very obvious from their site or Facebook page.

Is it Maryland, Delaware, and the National Capitol Wing?

Look at the shield logo with the eagle. I lists the three wings at the top.

Though it is for the MAryland-Deleware-National Capital Wings. Any training activity is open to all members of CAP, as long as you meet the basic requirements.

If the activity is outside of your Wing then your Wing Commander needs to approve your application to attend.
They do this by signing the Form 31.
