Introduction to CAP Safety as part of Level 1

Several topics in the Knowledgebase state that Introduction to CAP Safety is now included in Level 1, effective September 7. I can't find this supported by any regulation, other than the draft copy of 62-1.

There is a report in eServices that will list your members who have taken the on-line course, right down to percentages. Am I missing something, or is someone at NHQ putting the cart before the horse?

It was announced at the National Conference that it was forthcoming and should have been approved at the National Conference.
