Dyeing the CSU

I recently had to purchase a new pair of AF Blue pants from Vanguard. When I received them, they didn't match the CSU Service coat (a shade or two lighter). Does anyone know if the jacket/pants or both can be dyed to match? If so, where can this be done?

Most likely you bought the wrong pants (1620 vs 1625).
